2 – pkgs frozen Vegetables
1 – cup diced Celery
1 – cup diced onions
1 – cup grated cheddar cheese
Mix together and cover with crumbled Ritz Crackers.
Drizzle with melted butter over top of crackers and bake 30 minutes at 375º
Cook vegetables all together for a few minutes and drain well before adding mayonnaise and cheese.
